  1. General
    These terms apply to all guided tours, activities, and services provided by Nordfjord Mountain Guiding. By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

  2. Booking and Payment
    Bookings should ideally be made through our website, or via direct contact in exceptional cases. A confirmed booking requires full payment, handled through Fiken/Integrera. You are responsible for providing correct contact information.

  3. Cancellations by the Customer
    • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
    • No-show: No refund, unless a valid medical certificate can be provided.
    • Cruise Ship Cancellations or Delays: Full refund if the tour cannot be completed due to the ship’s itinerary changes or docking issues.
  4. Cancellations by the Organizer
    We reserve the right to cancel tours due to severe weather, illness, low participation, or other safety concerns. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a new date.
  5. Participant Responsibility

    Participants must be in suitable physical condition for the chosen tour, carry the required equipment, and follow all instructions provided by the guide.

  6. Assumption of Risk
    Participation is at your own risk. Mountain terrain involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, sudden weather changes, and varying terrain conditions.

  7. Insurance
    We strongly recommend that all participants have valid travel or accident insurance that covers mountain activities and hiking.

  8. Changes to the Route
    Guides may alter the route at any time based on weather changes, safety considerations, or other factors beyond our control.

  9. Photography and Marketing
    Photos or videos taken during the tour may only be used for marketing purposes with your explicit consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.

  10. Privacy
    The processing of personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Complaints
    Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the completion of the tour.

    • Health Information: Deleted immediately after the completion of the tour.
